Property Management

This is a growing area of the business which we are increasingly being asked to undertake. Whether you are renting out property or live overseas and require someone to look after the maintenance of a property we can help.

If we are appointed to look after the maintenance then we will provide a discount on our hourly or quoted rates for any maintenance and repair works carried out by our team. 

Surveys

We can carry out surveys to monitor the condition of the property and highlight areas which are in need of upgrade or attention. This is especially important for the safety of tenants. We will then send you the survey with pictures of the highlighted areas and discuss remedial measures. We don’t offer fire reports.

Annual Management

We can also look after general maintenance on an annual basis where we visit at set regular intervals and complete a condition report and findings. If we are appointed to look after the maintenance then we will provide a discount on our hourly or quoted rates for any maintenance and repair works carried out by our team.

Emergency Call Out

On annual management agreements we will be on call to rectify emergency situations. Whether it is something we can do or whether it requires a specialist tradesman, we will find the right person to rectify and defect as quickly as possible and we will ensure the area is safe while we do so.
